So, the idea is that celebrities should inspire us right? They have access to personal trainers, top chefs, elite beauty regimens etc... But sometimes it's more ughhhh than ooooh.
Today let's look at two lovely ladies on People Magazine's Top 25 Celebrity Hot List. Khloé Kardashian and Lady Gaga. We love them they're wonderful, but sometimes we wish that they would wear a sweater.
Here's a picture of Lady Gaga in concert, baring that midriff. She's definitely thin, but nowhere near ripped. Prescription: lots of planks and bicycles needed here to increase muscle definition and sculpt her torso.
Now take a look at Khloé Kardashian. She's strong, she's healthy...but perhaps a little hefty? Prescription: cardio! Tabata training or fat burning doesn't matter much, what's important is that some calories need to get burnt!
